Description:
A classic keemun with a uniform, medium-sized, wiry leaf. It brews a cup with characteristic stone-fruit and incense-like aromas and a gentle, deep, lightly malty, non-astringent taste.
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 teaspoon tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in water that has come to a rolling boil or nearly boiling (200°F-212°F) for 3-5 minutes.
